Cancellations & Refunds
We do not accept cancellation requests as our products are hand-made and perishable. You are advised to postpone the delivery date to a future date if necessary, subjected to a rescheduling fee of $15 nett. Rescheduling requests are to be communicated to us via phone at least 2 working days in advance of the original scheduled date.All end products are neither substitutable nor refundable upon delivery. EnJoy Fleur endeavours to provide you with the best floral arrangement, and we aim to deliver your bouquets, flower stands and floral products on time to your recipient.

If in any case you feel that you are not satisfied with the end product, please do contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time. You are required to provide details and photographs to reasonably explain your dissatisfaction. We aim to do our very best to come to a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis. We seek your understanding on this.

You may make payments through the following payment methods:
- Paypal/Credit Card* (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
- Bank Transfer
- DBS Paylah! or PayNow

Bank Transfer can be made to UOB Current Account 459-333-346-3. Please transfer funds within 24hrs upon order placed.
DBS Paylah! and PayNow apps can be downloaded from your mobile phone appstore (itunes/Andriod) and made payable to payee: 98349074

*Note: you do not need a paypal account to make the payment. You will still be able to pay with your credit card.

Substitution and Seasonal Availability Disclaimer
I. EnJoy Fleur endeavours to fulfil orders in compliance with the given product descriptions, however orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability.
II. EnJoy Fleur reserves the right to substitute products and items when necessary. Utmost care is taken to ensure the final product is as similar in quality to the requested item. Please be assured that any substitution or amendment to the look and feel of a particular product will be of similar quality and value.

Important Disclaimer regarding Contract
After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All telephone and on-line orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.
